"I am ONLY complementing Nayela, who was attentive and respectful of my need to be refunded. I signed up with State Farm on April 25, 2026 and paid my policy in full, electronically. However, State Farm was not available to provide me with policy declaration and ID card. They never furnished me those documents. Their website is atrocious. So on May 25 I canceled the policy and returned to Geico. To date July 29, 2026, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Bad very bad business experience. Nayela deserves the credit."
